On behalf of the Healthy Democracy staff and Board of Directors, I'd like to thank Harvey Platt for joining Healthy Democracy Oregon's Advisory Board. Mr. Platt joins a stellar group of advisors that we've relied on through thick and thin to move the Citizens' Initiative Review forward.  We're looking forward to his advice as we take the next big steps towards enacting the CIR. CITIZENS' PANEL TO REVIEW INITIATIVE PETITION 13

Oregon Initiative Petition 13 (IP 13) has been selected for the Citizens' Initiative Review (CIR).  IP 13 requires increased minimum sentences for certain repeated sex crimes and incarceration for repeated driving under influence.

Oregon Initiative Petition 28 has been selected for the Citizens' Initiative Review (CIR).   Initiative Petition 28 would establish a medical marijuana dispensary system in Oregon.
